At Magnum Tattoo Supplies, we are committed to providing artists with high-quality equipment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened condition and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your invoice inside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
